Welcome to our info page for adult dance and fitness classes. The kids keep our studio pretty full, but we have a few options for adults who feel inspired to get moving and learn a new skill as well. Adult classes run by the term or session, allowing greater flexibility for busy schedules.
Adult Tap - we have two levels, Introduction and Intermediate. Intro Tap is Thursdays 7.00-7.45 pm; Intermediate Tap is Wednesdays 8.30-9.30 pm. Trial classes available!
Barre Classes - these are all-level, held on Tuesday and/or Thursday mornings, 9.30-10.25 am. This Barre series is an all levels total body focused workout series. A beautiful fusion of ballet inspired moves mixed with sweaty fitness conditioning. We’ll focus on conditioning and stretching the entire body, as well as core training and posture building exercises. It’s elegantly athletic and highly addictive!
